At ECC, we not only have the resources and capability to assist clients in preparing bid packages under design-bid-build processes, but we're also flexible enough to self-perform under design-build contracts using a lean team of experienced professionals. ECC provides the full range of design-build services under the experienced leadership of our fully integrated design and construction management professionals.
Under design-build programs, we bring together high performance Integrated Project Teams (IPT) which include the client, the US Government design and construction agent, the operational user, all project stakeholders, the architect/engineer designer of record, subcontractors, and major suppliers. We establish one united, integrated approach where all team members contribute to project success from kickoff to closeout. Our managers ensure success in safety, quality, budget, constructability, schedule, contract administration, resource management, project control, and overall client satisfaction.
Additionally, we initiate and facilitate value enhancements and innovative approaches to streamline the design-build process and increase benefits to our client through decreased costs, reduced schedules, and added quality and maintainability. We also implement green initiatives (LEED) and implement building information modeling (BIM) as a tool to facilitate efficient and cost effective designs.
