Management Excellence at ECC

To ensure consistent delivery of quality services, ECC remains dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence in program and project management. Adhering to best practices in project management has always guided our work, and in April of 2001, we strengthened our commitment by forming a Project Management Center of Excellence. The role of the Center is to enhance our project management performance to ensure ECC’s financial health, safety performance, and delivery of quality services, as well as the satisfaction of our clients and employees. The Center accomplishes this by exploring, promoting, and teaching best practices in project management to ECC project managers. Center management also stays knowledgeable and proficient in the use of the best project management tools and trains in and promotes their use throughout ECC.
