ECC Wellness: We respect and care about the wellness of the individual and their families. ECC's Wellness Program supports employees with work/life balance and other components of wellness including physiological and psychosocial health. ECC's Wellness Program has won awards, such as the Editor’s Choice Award for the Healthiest Employers in Hawaii.
Personal Leadership Development Program: Each individual--regardless of her or his title--is a leader of ECC. To harness this capability, we have offered a University of Denver-accredited Personal Leadership Development Program designed to improve personal leadership knowledge and skills. Employees learn about their impact as a leader of ECC and are provided the knowledge, skills, and training to realize their potential.
Professional Forums and Net-Work Groups: ECC offers professional practice and leadership forums and network groups, such as the Design-Build Center of Excellence, to share ideas, transcend organizational and physical boundaries, engage all levels of leadership, and allow our experts to shape the future and success of the company.
Project Management Program: In collaboration with Northeastern University and the Project Management Institute, ECC has developed a project manager training program that enables participants to grow their career alongside some of the most experienced and highly educated leaders in our industries. Participants are introduced to each dimension of project management, including cost/scheduling, purchasing/contracts, estimating, quality control/safety, and field engineering.
Professional Certifications and Advanced Training: We encourage and incentivize employees to enhance their education and skills with professional certifications and advanced classes, workshops, and training through tuition reimbursement and career guidance policies.
