We also know that strong systems require an educated team to implement, continually measure, and refine them to be most effective; which is why ECC pursued and was granted the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2015 certification for internationally recognized management system standards. ISO 9001:2015 is a reliable, tested, and internationally respected method to measure quality management systems. It validates that ECC’s systems are reliable and effective; and that those implementing them understand their components and importance, utilize them to their capacity, and focus on continuous improvement.
Under the certification process, ECC’s Quality Management System manual, quality policy, quality objectives/benchmarks, and management review and continuous improvement processes were rigorously tested and deemed of high quality in multiple office and project site audits conducted around the globe. Annual audits hereafter ensure the integrity of the certification in the future.
