At the Medical Education Training Center, ECC collaborated with 14 end-user groups to construct state-of-the- art LEED Gold facilities, leveraging early integration of key subcontractors and Building Information Modeling
(BIM) to de-conflict challenges. Through efficient design management, ECC submitted 42 design, construction, and innovation LEED credits to increase certification from Silver to Gold.
